Spicy Barbecued “Fried” Boneless Pork Chops
* This recipe uses the Flavor Injector that came with the GT Xpress.
Serving Size: 2
2 tbsp. prepared barbecue sauce
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 6oz. boneless center cut pork chops, cut 1 inch thick
3 tbsp. flavored bread crumbs
Preheat GT Xpress and spray wells lightly with no-stick cooking spray. Combine the first three ingredients and spoon into injector tube. Inject the liquid into the side of the meat in several places. Coat the pork with the crumbs. Place one piece in each well. Cook 15 minutes.
